  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the order will fall under our Return & Refunds Policy.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us through the official contact details provided on cupibs.com with their order number.

3. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • If a COD order is not confirmed or is repeatedly rejected at delivery, future COD access may be restricted.

4. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction

6. Changes to Orders

Order modifications such as address changes or product updates may only be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, modifications may not be possible.
